- Once completed fax it to 905-527-0401 you can also mail it to the address on the form. Please note that if you fax it, there is a 99% chance that they will mail you back a form saying the ID was not clear enough. With TransUnion, I highly suggest mailing it in or requesting it online.

- It is very important that you submit two pieces (Front and Back) of Canada Government ID with the completed forms. ONE ID HAS TO HAVE A CURRENT ADDRESS or you will need to include a utility bill with your address on in it, in addition to the two pieces of Canada Government ID.
- Make sure the images of the ID are very clear or they will not be excepted.
Please note that the Free Credit Request forms don’t provide the credit score unless you pay extra but I don’t suggest paying for the credit score as the one provided is not the one that the Banks in Canada use.
For the 3rd party free credit score sites, they provide the score which is also not the score that the banks use. Although the score is useless, it is still very important to review all the information is correct on the report.
